ICMM Club
Students who
follow the Keys To Success earn membership into an elite club called the ICMM
Club. ICMM stands for I Can Manage
Myself. Members will receive a
membership card and special privileges.
ICMM
Requirements:
*
Follow all the "keys" to not earn any strikes for a whole week to become a
member.
*
Once a
member, continue to follow all the "keys" and not get an out (3
strikes) for any given week.
*
If
membership is lost, one week of no strikes can renew it.
Privileges
of ICMM members:
*
being
a helper and running errands
*
receiving PAT - Preferred Activity Time
*
purchasing
breeze freezes on special days

Keys to Success

Consequences
for breaking the "keys":
*
1st
out (3 strikes) during any given week - loss of ICMM membership and student
conference.
*
2nd
out (6 strikes) during any given week - plus phone call, email, or note to
parent or guardian.
*
3rd
out (9 strikes) during any given week - office referral.
Reward Parties:
Reward parties will be held on every 3rd Wednesday afternoon from 2:30-3:00.
Students who are ICMM members and have no “0’s” due to missing
assignments will be allowed to attend. They will also receive a Breeze Freeze Pass.
School wide dances and movies will be held at the end of each six weeks grading period during school from 1:00-3:00.
Students who do not receive 3 or more outs during that period will be rewarded by being allowed to attend the dance
or movie. Cost will be $4.00. Just a note, strikes/outs start over each week.

ICMM Cash:
Your “job” is to come to school ready to learn.
In order to learn, you must do your best each and every day. Just like in the real world,
you’ll get paid for doing your job. Your pay will be based on the effort you’ve given throughout the week.
Payday is every Monday for the previous week’s behavior.

At the end of each six weeks, you'll be able to purchase items from the classroom
store using your ICMM money. You'll also be required to purchase items you don't have for class like pencils and paper on a daily basis.
